Amagi, which was listed on the bourses earlier this year, recorded a 32.4% jump in revenue from operations to Rs 436.9 crore in the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27) from Rs 330.1 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

The company’s net profit increased 8.6 times to Rs 33.9 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 3.9 crore a year earlier, filings with the stock exchanges show.

Total expenses of the SaaS firm grew 22.6% to Rs 414.1 crore during the quarter as compared to Rs 337.7 crore in Q1 FY26.

Employee benefit expenses rose 16.1% to Rs 206.4 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 177.7 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Founded in 2008 by Baskar Subramanian, Srinivasan KA and Ambareesh Murty, Amagi operates a cloud-based advertising and content distribution platform for connected TV and streaming services.
