Assiduus Global Inc has raised $25 million in a pre-series B funding round led by Bajaj Finserv, with participation from Uncorrelated Ventures, Aaruha Technology Fund, Vikash Agarwal and other investors.
The artificial intelligence (AI)-powered cross-border e-commerce accelerator will use the proceeds to further develop AI and data intelligence capabilities, grow in the Middle East, Europe and Asia-Pacific markets and strengthen partnerships with enterprises, sovereigns and governments.
The company was founded by Somdutta Singh in 2018, and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia in the US.
Assiduus helps direct to consumer (D2C) brands to launch, scale and grow across global e-commerce marketplaces by streamlining digital commerce through end-to-end distribution and supply chain management.
It counts over 150 enterprise brands as its clients, helping them integrate with more than 18 global marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.
"Quadrupling growth while remaining profitable for seven straight years reflects disciplined execution and a business model built for endurance. We are building global commerce infrastructure designed to compound across cycles, geographies, and generations," said Somdutta Singh, founder and CEO, Assiduus.
The startup had previously raised $15 million in a Series A funding round led by Pulsar Capital, 9Unicorn, Venture Catalyst, Strongher VC, Carlos Cashman and Rajan Navani, in October 2022.
