The Bengaluru-based startup will use the fresh capital to accelerate product innovation, strengthen its technology stack, and expand its market presence across India.

E3 Electric.Ai has raised Rs 100 crore ($10.5 million) in a Series A funding round through a mix of equity and debt financing.

The round was led by BluVenture Holdings and comes ahead of the commercial launch of the company's flagship electric scooter, E3 TRION.

The Bengaluru-based startup will use the fresh capital to accelerate product innovation, strengthen its technology stack, and expand its market presence across India as it prepares for the launch and scale-up of its electric mobility offerings.

Founded in 2024 by P. Sanjeev, E3 Electric.Ai develops AI-powered electric scooters for family commuters, combining intelligent software, connected technologies, and affordable mobility solutions for the mass market.

E3 Electric.Ai’s proprietary technology platform is designed to improve vehicle safety, reliability, charging efficiency, and ownership experience through continuous software-driven enhancements. The company aims to address key EV adoption challenges such as safety, service, charging infrastructure, and resale value while making smart mobility more affordable for the mass market.

The startup operates in India’s fast-growing electric two-wheeler market, competing with players such as Ola Electric, Ather Energy, TVS Motor, and Bajaj Auto. The segment continues to attract investor interest as EV adoption rises and manufacturers focus on intelligent, connected, and software-driven mobility solutions.
