Rivvun AI, a startup building an autonomous AI execution layer for enterprise finance teams, has raised $7.55 million in a seed funding round co-led by Sitara Capital and 3one4 Capital.
The Seattle and Pune-based startup will use the fresh capital to strengthen its AI capabilities, expand its workforce, and scale customer acquisition across key sectors including pharma, healthcare, banking, consumer goods, and manufacturing.
Rivvun AI was founded in 2026 by Anand Veerkar (CEO) and Niranjan Umarane (CPO), both former senior executives at enterprise contract management unicorn Icertis.
They are joined by serial entrepreneur Patrick Linton as co-founder. The startup has developed an autonomous AI execution layer that sits on top of existing ERP, CRM, and procurement platforms, automating the recovery of revenue lost between commercial obligations and financial settlement.
The funding comes as the agentic AI market, valued at $7.84 billion in 2025, is projected to hit $52.62 billion by 2030, with investors increasingly backing startups that tie AI directly to measurable enterprise outcomes.
