Loop AI raises Series A funding led by Nyca Partners

Loop AI, an enterprise AI platform focused on restaurant and retail, said it has raised $14 million in its Series A funding round led by Nyca Partners.

As part of the deal, Osama Bedier, investment partner at Nyca Partners and former Google and GoDaddy executive, will join Loop AI’s Board of Directors, it said in a statement.

The funding round saw participation from investors such as Gokul Rajaram, Base10, Afore Capital, Converge, Alumni Ventures, Data Tech Fund, John Pepper, 9Yards Capital and Operators Studio.

The startup will use the fresh capital to boost its product suite and expand its team at offices in New York, San Francisco, Tampa, and Bangalore.

Loop AI, which was founded in 2022 by Anand Tumuluru, Sundar Annamalai, and Vinod Pachipulus, said that it operates as an agentic co-worker that helps brands drive profitable growth by automating complex tasks across finance, operations, and marketing. it has more than 300 clients.

“Loop sits at the intersection of several transformative trends in the restaurant industry, including the rise of AI, a growing focus on customer experience and the drive for greater operational efficiency. These will be essential pillars shaping the future of dining,” said Bedier in the statement.
