Serverless data streaming cloud platform S2.dev has raised $3.85 million in a funding round led by Accel, with participation from Uncorrelated Ventures.
The fresh capital will be deployed across product development, expanding their managed cloud server to global regions, and win early enterprise customers.
The San Francisco-based startup provides a serverless API for streaming, and was founded in 2023 by Shikhar Bhushan, Stephen Balogh, and Dwarak Govind Parthiban.
It had raised $500,000 in September 2025 from Y Combinator as part of the Fall 2025 batch.
The company is also backed by Grayscale Ventures, Transpose Platform, Race Capital, Pioneer Fund, Ritual Capital and Orange Collective.
