Enterprise workflow software company ServiceNow has struck a deal with AI research lab Anthropic to integrate Anthropic's Claude AI models into its platform.
Claude will also power ServiceNow Build Agent, an AI tool for developers which can understand natural language prompts, generate full-stack applications, and oversee the entire build process, according to ServiceNow's website.
The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
The Claude model family will be embedded into ServiceNow's AI-driven workflow products and made available to its 29,000 employees.
Anthropic's vibe-coding product 'Claude Code' will also be made available to ServiceNow engineers, developers and technical teams, giving them an AI-powered coding assistant for everyday work.
Earlier this month, ServiceNow had struck a deal with Anthropic's competitor Open AI to give its customers direct access to the latest Open AI models including GPT-5.2 through the company's products.
