SuperBryn, a voice AI startup, has raised $1.2 million in its pre-seed funding round led by venture capital firm Kalaari Capital's CXXO initiative, which is dedicated to supporting women-led ventures.
The funding round saw participation from angel investors including EaseMyTrip co-founder Rikant Pitti, Docket AI founder Arjun Pillai, Sanas AI founder Sharath Narayanan, BMH Group CEO Harish Manian, and actor Nivin Pauly.
The Bengaluru-based startup will use the fresh capital to strengthen product development, expand the engineering team, and scale early enterprise deployments.
SuperBryn, which was founded by Nikkitha Shanker and Neethu Mariam Joy in 2024, is building an evaluation, observability, and self-learning layer for enterprise voice AI.
The platform focuses on monitoring and improving the real-world performance of voice agents used by enterprises, especially in high-risk sectors such as healthcare, financial services, and insurance. The firm claims its platform helps enterprises move from pilot to production faster by improving voice AI reliability and reducing failure rates in live environments.
SuperBryn is currently targeting global customers with a focus on the US market and was recently selected for Nasscom's InnoTrek USA 2025 and the Mphasis Sparkle Innovation Program, which provides access to enterprise customers in the US.
The voice AI sector has been witnessing significant investor interest. The global conversational AI market is projected to grow substantially as enterprises increasingly adopt AI-powered voice solutions for customer service, compliance, and operational efficiency.
In October, voice AI startup Smallest.ai raised seed funding led by Sierra Ventures.
