Vecton AI, which builds AI models and autonomous agent systems for the financial sector, has raised Rs 6 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by Zeropearl VC.
The round also saw participation from other angel and institutional investors, although the company did not disclose their names.
The Bengaluru-based startup will use the fresh capital to accelerate the development of enterprise-grade AI solutions, strengthen its Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) model, expand its footprint across the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) sector, and enhance customer experience and decision-making capabilities.
Founded in 2025 by Himanshu Goyal and Gaurav Mandlecha, Vecton AI builds production-ready AI and autonomous agent systems for financial institutions. Both founders are graduates of Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani and have backgrounds in technology, product development and business strategy.
Vecton AI helps banks, NBFCs, insurers and other financial institutions move AI initiatives from pilot projects to large-scale production deployments. The startup focuses on bridging the gap between AI experimentation and real-world implementation by developing customized AI systems tailored to enterprise workflows, compliance requirements and business objectives. It currently serves around 10 BFSI clients, including publicly listed companies.
