Rocket.new, an AI-powered app development platform, has raised $15 million in its seed funding round co-led by Salesforce Ventures and Accel.

Together Fund participated in the funding round, said Vishal Virani, CEO and co-founder, Rocket.new, in a blogpost.

Based in Gujarat's Surat city, known for its diamond polishing industry, the startup claims to have gained significant momentum just within 15 weeks of its launch.

Virani, in the blogpost, said that the more than 400,000 users across 180 countries are already shipping with Rocket.new. It has gone live from shops in Brazil to agencies in Dubai and India to enterprises in the US, he added.

Rocket.new is a pivot from Virani's earlier venture DhiWise, which focused on developer workflows.

With Rocket.new, Virani seeks to go a notch higher than vibe coding, in which global companies like Lovable and Cursor have already made a mark, to vibe solutioning.

"The last wave of tools made prototyping magical - you typed a prompt, you got a mockup. That was vibe coding. Fun, but fragile. Day two meant broken code, spiraling bug fixes, and teams that couldn’t ship with confidence," explained Virani in the blogpost.

Vibe Solutioning is different, he noted, "Rocket understands the context and remembers what you decide- your brand, your patterns, your users, so each iteration gets steadier. Less theater. More outcomes," he added.
