Bengaluru-based wealthtech platform Liquide is raising close to Rs 15 crore in a new funding round led by OTP Ventures Fund and Singapore-based M Venture Partners, according to sources.

Sadev Ventures, founded by former BharatPe executive Dhruv Dhanraj Bahl, also participated in the round.

OTP Ventures Fund is a venture capital firm started by former McKinsey executives Suhail Sameer (also former BharatPe CEO), Kunal Suri and Saurabh Vashishtha.

Liquide's valuation was estimated at Rs 69 crore, according to a valuation report filed with the Registrar of Companies (RoC) in December 2025.

In 2022, the fintech firm last secured $2.2 million in a pre-seed funding round from M Venture Partners and angel investors, including Cred founder Kunal Shah and OfBusiness co-founders Ashish Mohapatra and Ruchi Kalra, BharatPe co-founder Shashvat Nakrani, Suhail Sameer, Kunal Suri, Shantanu Deshpande, Rahul Chaudhary, Sidharth Gupta, Siddharth Jayanti, Amitabh Mall, among others.

Founded in 2021 by Anuj Bajpai, Paritosh Gunjan, Aniket Shirke, and Kunal Ambasta, Liquide provides an investment advisory platform. It enables users to log in with their existing broker accounts and access ready-made actionable insights on the portfolio, stocks, and market trends. These insights include automated buy or sell alerts and smart nudges enabled by supervised machine learning algorithms. In addition, users can avail personalised wealth consultation.

Liquide's subscription-based offering charges users Rs 5,000 annually for access to its advisory services. According to a source familiar with the matter, the company has close to 60,000 paying subscribers.

The company is now preparing to enter the brokerage business, with the fresh funding expected to be deployed toward building out its broking operations.

During FY25, Liquide Solutions reported Rs 25.8 crore in operating revenues, against Rs 11.5 crore in FY24. It also booked a small profit of Rs 43 lakh in FY25 – from a loss of Rs 7.6 crore recorded in the previous fiscal.

A LinkedIn message sent to Liquide co-founder Anuj Bajpai did not elicit a response. Queries sent to OTP Ventures, M Venture Partners and Sadev Ventures remained unanswered.
