Arohan Financial Services appoints Milind Nare as Deputy CEO, Ketan Agrawal as Deputy CFO

Arohan Financial Services Ltd, a non-banking financial company-microfinance institution (NBFC-MFI), said that it has appointed Milind Ramchandra Nare as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

Along with the new role. Nare will continue as the company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO), said Arohan, which is part of the Aavishkaar Group, in a statement. Nare has been CFO of Arohan for nearly nine years.

In his new role, Nare will support the CEO in driving Arohan’s mission of financial inclusion, with a focus on strategic leadership, organizational development, and operational excellence.

“Milind has been an integral part of Arohan’s leadership team. His deep knowledge of the business and his unwavering commitment to our values make him an ideal choice for the role of Deputy CEO," said Manoj Nambiar, managing director, Arohan.

In addition, Arohan has appointed Ketan Agrawal as Deputy Chief Financial Officer. Agrawal, who has been associated with Arohan, currently serves as Head of Accounts.

Arohan is engaged in the business of microlending, mainly to women, and operates on the joint liability group (JLG) model. The Kolkata-based company had  assets under management (AUM) of Rs 6,003 crore as on March 31, 2025.
