Care.fi raises $8 million in Series A funding

Healthcare fintech startup Care.fi has raised $8 million as part of its Series A funding round in a mix of equity and debt.
Of the total, the $5 million equity round was led by July Ventures, with participation from Peak XV Partners, Accion Ventures, and Sadev Ventures. It raised the remaining $3 million in debt from Trifecta and Vivriti.
The startup plans to use the fresh capital to expand its AI-driven revenue cycle management (RCM) infrastructure to other cities in India, the Middle East and the US.
The Gurugram-based company, which was founded in 2021 by Sidak Singh and Vikrant Agarwal, provides supply chain see through financing, invoice discounting, receivables financing, unsecured business loans, working capital loans and early salary for hospitals, doctors and healthcare suppliers.
Care.fi had previously raised $2 million in debt capital from Trifecta Capital, and an additional $ 0.6 million from UC Inclusive Credit in July 2024.
