Indian crypto exchange CoinDCX's chief human resource officer (CHRO) and chief information security officer (CISO) have stepped down, adding to the top-level exits at the company.

“After five impactful years at CoinDCX, Mudita Chauhan, CHRO, has decided to move on to pursue new opportunities," said Sumit Gupta, chief executive officer of CoinDCX, in an X post.

"Sridhar G, CISO, is also moving on after three years with us, leaving behind a strong legacy through his contributions," added Gupta.

Sridhar had joined CoinDCX in 2023 from  Flipkart. Chauhan, who had joined the cryptocurrency company in 2020, had previously worked at IDFC Bank, Bank of America, and Reliance Industries.

Earlier in June, Vivek Gupta, CTO of CoinDCX left the company. This was followed by the resignation of  Tushar Tarun, who was head of legal at the cryptocurrency company.

In July, CoinDCX was hit by a "sophisticated server breach" resulting in a the loss of around $44 million. A software engineer was linked to the sophisticated attack and the individual was arrested by the Bengaluru Police.
