Credfix, an AI-powered debt resolution startup, has raised Rs 16.1 crore in a seed funding round led by Tanglin Venture Partners.

The funding round also saw participation from Stargazer.

The fresh capital will be used to accelerate product development, enhance the startup’s AI capabilities, and expand its borrower support network across India.

Founded in 2025 by Ranjan Agarwal, Neeraj Kulkarni, and Ayush Kedia, Credfix is an AI-powered debt resolution platform that helps borrowers assess debt, explore repayment options, resolve loans, and manage lender interactions through AI-driven tools and legal assistance.

Credfix said it supports borrowers across the debt resolution lifecycle and currently serves over 2 lakh users representing more than Rs 4,000 crore in outstanding debt, with 40% of its user base coming from Tier II and Tier III cities.

Prior to this round, Credfix had secured Rs 4.5 crore from K2 Capital, Invstt Trust, and a group of angel investors.

The debt resolution and collections space has attracted growing investor interest, with FREED raising Rs 60 crore in 2026, Credgenics securing over $50 million to date, and CredResolve raising a pre-Series A round earlier this year.
