The fund, helmed by Rohit Kapoor, will invest in founders building across India, the UAE, and Singapore.

Investment firm Future Wealth Investments has announced the launch of its first venture fund, targeting $50 million.

The fund also has a green shoe option of $10 million, bringing the overall potential pool to $60 million.

The fund, helmed by Rohit Kapoor, will invest in founders building across India, the UAE, and Singapore.

The fund will invest from pre-seed through Series A with individual ticket size ranging between $250,000 and $5 million. It will make follow-on standout performers. The firm plans to build out a concentrated portfolio of roughly 20 companies.

The fund will be sector-agnostic but will focus on areas like artificial intelligence, consumer brands, supply chain and logistics, and hardware-driven businesses.

Future Wealth Investments draws strategic guidance from an advisory board made up of founders of publicly listed companies across India and the UAE, complemented by a wider network of operators and investors spanning Silicon Valley and Asia.

Prior to launching its debut fund, Future Wealth Investments had already backed several startups, though these investments were made outside a formal fund structure.

Among the companies Future Wealth Investments has already backed are Heads Up For Tails, Tantrayut, B4U Media, Mobipay, Zippee, and Vivos.
