B2B fintech startup GetVantage has secured Rs 63 crore in a Series A1 funding round led by former RBL Bank MD Rajeev Ahuja and investment firm SanRaj Group.
The round also witnessed participation from existing investors Chiratae Ventures, Varanium Fintech Fund, and VCMint. With this investment, the startup’s total funding raised to date has crossed $47 million.
The Mumbai-based startup plans to deploy the fresh capital towards expanding its Capital Gateway platform, an API-led infrastructure layer that enables marketplaces, logistics firms, and digital ecosystems to offer embedded financing solutions to their merchant partners. The company also aims to increase its committed financing capacity beyond Rs 700 crore.
Founded in 2019 by Amit Srivastava and Bhavik Vasa, GetVantage started as a revenue-based financing platform and later broadened its offerings to include cash-flow-based lending solutions for startups and MSMEs. Before launching the company, Srivastava held leadership roles across fintech and financial services firms, while Vasa has experience in technology, digital commerce, and startup operations.
GetVantage provides working capital solutions ranging from Rs 2 lakh to Rs 20 crore for startups, ecommerce brands, and small businesses. Its platform leverages alternative data and cash-flow analytics to assess borrower eligibility, helping businesses access financing without relying heavily on collateral.
The company also offers term loans, business loans, and cash advances through its embedded finance infrastructure.
