InCred Capital acquires Singapore's S Cube Capital

InCred Capital has acquired Singapore-based S Cube Capital as it looks to strengthen its offshore wealth and asset management business.
The acquisition will be routed through InCred Global Wealth Pte Ltd in Singapore and is subject to regulatory approvals.
The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
S Cube Capital, which is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), focuses on institutional investment management across fixed income and alternative investments.
"With the addition of S Cube Capital, we are strengthening our ability to serve clients across markets with deeper investment expertise," said Bhupinder Singh, founder of InCred Group, said in a statement.
As part of the deal, S Cube Capital founders Balaji Swaminathan and Hemant Mishr will join InCred Global Wealth as joint vice chairmen of its global asset management business.
The acquisition comes after InCred Capital's earlier purchase of Dubai-based Arrow Capital in February last year, as the firm expands its presence across the India-Singapore-GCC investment corridor.
InCred Capital said it manages over Rs 1 lakh crore in wealth assets under management (AUM) and around Rs 10,000 crore in asset management AUM.
