Infibeam Avenues said it will rebrand itself as AvenuesAI Ltd as it shifts focus towards AI-led digital payments and fintech.
The board has given an in-principle nod to the rebrand, which now awaits regulatory approvals, the company said in a stock exchange filing.
In a separate filing, it said that it has elevated Joint Managing Director Vishwas Patel as Managing Director and CEO, while Vishal Mehta will continue as Chairman and Managing Director.
"This shift is not incremental, it is foundational. AI is no longer an enabler; it is central to who we are and what we are building," said Patel.
The board has also appointed Neharika Vohra as an additional woman director (independent) for a five-year term starting December 11, 2025. Vohra has previously led entrepreneurship initiatives at IIMA Ventures.
