Juspay strikes strategic deal with Sabre Direct Pay to boost travel payments

Payments orchestration platform Juspay has entered into a strategic partnership with Sabre Direct Pay, the payments division of travel technology giant Sabre Corporation, to facilitate and strengthen payments for travel businesses and their customers.
Bengaluru-headquartered Juspay will integrate its payment orchestration technology with Sabre's extensive network to address the growing demands of the travel sector, as per a statement. It added that online bookings are expected to hit $1.2 trillion by 2026, representing nearly 65% of all travel transactions.
Through this collaboration, travel merchants will gain access to enhanced payment capabilities including localized payment methods, faster market deployment, optimized international transactions, and improved checkout processes.
Juspay will also deploy its tokenization technology within Sabre Direct Pay's platform, allowing airlines, hotels, and booking platforms to handle transactions more securely without directly managing sensitive card information.

Founded by Vimal Kumar in 2012, Juspay has expanded its global footprint across Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Europe, UK and North America. The company is accelerating the growth of its open-source payments orchestration platform.
Juspay reported revenue of Rs 514 crore in FY25 as compared to Rs 347 crore in FY24. Its net profit was at Rs 62 crore in FY25 against a loss of Rs 98 crore in the previous fiscal year.
