OnEMI Technology Solutions, the parent company of digital lending platform Kissht, has approved a preferential issue worth up to Rs 832.2 crore, according to a stock exchange filing.

The development comes a few months after OnEMI’s public listing earlier in May.

The board has cleared the allotment of up to 2.64 crore equity shares at Rs 314.11 per share to a group of non-promoter investors. The proposal is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

The planned round will bring in a mix of domestic and international institutional investors, including Axis Mutual Fund, HDFC Mutual Fund, WhiteOak, 360 One, Groww Mutual Fund, Bandhan Mutual Fund, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), among others.

The company said the capital infusion will be used to strengthen its balance sheet, expand lending operations, enhance technology infrastructure, and broaden its product portfolio.

OnEMI also aims to improve its credit ratings over the next two years, which could help reduce borrowing costs and widen access to funding.

To secure shareholder approval, the company has scheduled an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on October 14, 2026, which will be conducted through virtual mode.
