Listed fintech company MobiKwik reported a 7% drop in revenue from operations to Rs 270 crore in the July-September quarter of FY26 from Rs 291 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal.

MobiKwik's net loss expanded to Rs 28.6 crore in the second quarter of FY26 from Rs 3.5 crore in the same period of FY25, as per the unaudited financial statement filed with the stock exchanges.

Total expenses of the Gurugram-based fintech platform remained flat at Rs 286 crore during the quarter as compared to Rs 287 crore in the same quarter of FY25.

Employee costs stood at Rs 35 crore in the second quarter versus Rs 43.5 crore in the same quarter previous fiscal.

The startup, founded by Bipin Preet Singh and Upasana Taku, listed on the stock exchanges in December 2024.

MobiKwik recently faced a Rs 40 crore fraud in Haryana, which the company said was due to an internal glitch and not a cyberattack. Additionally, its Chief Operating Officer for Consumer Payments, Mohit Narain, resigned last month citing health reasons.

Shares of the company were trading at Rs 253.4 apiece, down 4.18%, on the BSE at 1:55 pm on Tuesday.
