According to the company, Shelar will focus on strengthening MOS Utility’s business ecosystem, scaling its digital financial services portfolio, and driving synergies across its expanding group of businesses, including JC Ventures, Indicore, and Samvriddhi.
He comes with over 25 years of experience across banking, fintech, digital payments, merchant acquiring, product strategy, and business development. Previously, he worked as COO at IppoPay and Fin Meadows, where he led the development of the company’s merchant acquiring business and payment infrastructure. Shelar has also worked at HDFC Bank, Deutsche Bank, BillDesk, Unimoni, and M2P Fintech.
