PB Fintech to acquire remaining 20% stake in MyLoancare
PB Fintech has also authorised a capital infusion of up to Rs 10 crore into PB Wheels Pvt Ltd and Rs 1 crore into PB Financial Account Aggregators Pvt Ltd.

PB Fintech has approved the proposed acquisition of the remaining 20% stake in its subsidiary MyLoancare Ventures, which will make the lending company a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Policybazaar parent.
The company’s M&A and Investment Committee gave in-principle approval for the transaction on September 16, as per filings with the stock exchanges.
The estimated consideration for the 20% stake is capped at Rs 5 crore, with the final acquisition price to be determined following a valuation by an independent registered valuer. The valuation will be based on September 30, 2026, as the cut-off date.
The proposed transaction is subject to required corporate and statutory approvals. PB Fintech expects the acquisition to be completed by March 31, 2027, subject to these conditions.
MyLoancare is an RBI-registered non-banking financial company (NBFC) engaged in digital lending technology, retail loan aggregation and financial product distribution. The company reported a net worth of Rs 22.86 crore and turnover of Rs 81.66 lakh in FY26. Its turnover stood at Rs 70 lakh in FY25 and Rs 8.7 crore in FY24.
Meanwhile, PB Fintech has also authorised a capital infusion of up to Rs 10 crore into PB Wheels Pvt Ltd and Rs 1 crore into PB Financial Account Aggregators Pvt Ltd (PBFAA), both wholly owned subsidiaries.
