Phi Commerce FY25 revenue up 28% to Rs 104 crore, net loss narrows

Phi Commerce reported a 28% jump in revenue from operations to Rs 103.9 crore in the fiscal ended March 31, 2025 from Rs 81.3 crore in the previous fiscal.
Phi Commerce's net loss narrowed to Rs 16.16 crore in FY25 from Rs 29.24 crore in the previous fiscal, the Entrackr reported based on filings with the Registrar of Companies.

Total expenses of Phi Commerce grew to Rs 133 crore during the fiscal as compared to Rs 117 crore in FY24.
Employee cost grew to Rs 32.7 crore in FY25 from Rs 27.7 crore in the previous financial year.
The Pune-based startup, a SaaS-based omnichannel payment solutions provider and RBI-licensed Payment Aggregator, had last raised $11 million in its Series B round led by Beenext this year. The company has raised a total of $25 million to date.
