Singapore-headquartered equity management platform has raised $26.5 million in its Series B funding round led by US-based brokerage giant Charles Schwab Corporation.
Existing investors Citi and MassMutual Ventures also participated in the funding round.
The fresh capital will be used to expand in the US and launch its fund administration product across regions.
Qapita has also made a strategic deal to launch Charles Schwab's digital platform “Schwab Private Issuer Equity Services" powered by Qapita.
Qapita, which was founded by Ravi Ravulaparthi, Lakshman Gupta, and Vamsee Mohan, equity management solutions for private companies in India, Southeast Asia, and the US.
Prior to this funding, Qapita had raised $10 million from Singapore-based Analog Partners.
Earlier, the startup had raised $15 million in its Series A funding round in 2019 led East Ventures (Growth Fund) and Vulcan Capital.
