Rezolv, an AI-native lending technology platform, has raised $12.5 million in a Series A funding round led by Norwest.
The round also saw participation from Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India and existing investor 3one4 Capital.
The Mumbai-based startup will use the fresh capital to enhance its AI capabilities across its lending technology suite, including sales, risk assessment, underwriting, and collections functions.
Rezolv was founded in 2024 by Karan Mehta and Sonali Jindal, who were co-founders of another digital lending startup Kissht. The startup provides an AI-powered lending platform that helps banks and NBFCs automate key functions such as customer onboarding, risk assessment, underwriting, and collections.
Prior to this round, Rezolv had secured $3.5 million in a seed funding round led by 3one4 Capital in March 2025.
