Stashfin appoints Abhishek Gupta as CTO to drive AI initiatives

Digital lending platform Stashfin has appointed Abhishek Gupta as its Chief Technology Officer.

Gupta will be responsible for steering the company's technology vision and artificial intelligence initiatives during its expansion phase.

Prior to this appointment, Gupta was working as Vice President at online gaming company Zupee.

Earlier he has held positions at Creditas Solutions, Goibibo Group, and Times Internet.

"Looking forward to building secure, scalable platforms with a great team and contributing to the company’s next phase of growth," said in a LinkedIn post.

Stashfin, founded by Tushar Aggarwal,  Shruti Aggarwal and Parikshit Chitalkar, has raised thousands in equity and debt funding from global marquee investors such as Uncorrelated Ventures, Fasanara Capital, Tencent and Altara Ventures.

Last year, The Head and Tale did a deep dive into Stashfin's business operations amid whispers that Bhavesh Gupta, the former COO at Paytm, would take a key executive role at the company. Bhavesh Gupta is currently listed as an advisor to Stashfin, per its website.
