Fintech platform super.money, which is backed by Flipkart, has appointed Rohan Khara as its Chief Product Officer (CPO).
Before joining super.money, he served as CPO at BharatPe, where he led product development across the company’s merchant and consumer businesses. Khara has nearly two decades of experience in product management, financial services and consumer technology.
He previously worked at FairMoney, where he was Managing Director for India after serving as the company’s CPO for Nigeria and India. Khara has also held product roles at Gojek and MobiKwik and was part of the founding team of Gojek’s financial services business in Jakarta.
super.money founder and CEO Prakash Sikaria said Khara’s experience across technology, financial services and consumer behaviour would support the company’s efforts to build a broader financial platform.
Khara said he plans to build on super.money’s existing payments proposition and develop products spanning UPI, credit and commerce.
The appointment comes as super.money seeks to move beyond payments by combining transactions with rewards, credit and commerce. The platform aims to help users earn rewards through transactions, access credit and improve affordability at the point of purchase.
