Wealthtech platform Veriqus Group has raised Rs 387 crore in a funding round led by Norwest Venture Partners.
The names of the participating investors were not disclosed.
The company will use the fresh capital to expand its network of wealth creators, enhance its AI-powered wealth management platform, accelerate product development, and strengthen its presence across Tier II and other fast-growing cities in India.
Veriqus was founded by Ashish Gumashta, former MD & CEO of Julius Baer and Roshi Jain, former HDFC Asset Management senior fund manager. The startup offers technology-driven wealth management solutions for financial advisors and wealth creators, combining investment products, portfolio management capabilities, and AI-powered tools to help advisors manage client portfolios and scale their businesses. The platform currently supports more than 500 wealth creators who collectively oversee assets exceeding Rs 1.2 lakh crore.
The fundraise comes amid sustained investor interest in India’s wealthtech sector. This year, wealthtech startups such as AssetPlus, Wint Wealth, Bachatt, Prime Investor, Rovia, CREST, and HyperNorm have also raised funding.
