Wealth management startup Zomint has raised Rs 36 crore ($3.75 million) in a seed funding round led by Lightspeed and Prime Venture Partners.

The startup will use the fresh capital to expand its wealth and investment teams, strengthen its technology platform and build its investor education ecosystem.

Founded in September 2025 by Aman Mittal and Shavir Bansal, Zomint is a wealth management platform for working professionals and families, offering personalised investment services backed by wealth experts, research and AI tools.

The company claims to have retained 97% of its clients since launch, while its relationship managers currently serve more than 250 families each.

Zomint added it has acquired customers through organic content via the founders' financial content platform Bekifaayati, which has more than 50 lakh subscribers.

The latest funding in Zomint comes amid continued investor interest in India’s wealthtech and investment-tech space, with startups such as Jar, Dezerv, Stable Money and Upstox raising capital to expand their investment, wealth-management and financial-services offerings.
