AuxoAI, a San Francisco-based enterprise AI startup, has raised $20.7 million in a Series A funding round led by NTTVC, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm, to expand its AI deployment business and strengthen its enterprise technology capabilities.

The round also saw participation from technology executives and strategic investors, including George Still Jr., Partner Emeritus at Norwest Venture Partners and former Workday board member; Amit Zavery, President, Chief Product Officer and Chief Operating Officer at ServiceNow; and Giacomo Sonnino, Managing Director at Charlesbank Capital Partners. The three investors will also join the company as strategic investors and advisors.

The startup will use the fresh capital to expand its global team of AI specialists and engineers, invest in proprietary technology and AI-native delivery capabilities, and strengthen its presence across markets and strategic partnerships.

Founded in 2023 by Amaresh Tripathy, Arvinder Pal Singh and Kabir Singh, AuxoAI helps enterprises integrate AI into their operations. It has worked with over 40 clients across manufacturing, healthcare, telecom and consumer goods, using its proprietary AI deployment platform, Damia.

"Our mission is to bring AI into the operating fabric of the enterprise by deeply understanding its context and reimagining how work gets done," the co-founders said in a joint statement. They added that the funding would help the company scale its model globally.

Vab Goel, founding partner at NTTVC and a board member of NTT DATA, said the founding team’s combination of technical ambition and understanding of people stood out to the investor.

The funding comes amid continued investor interest in enterprise AI infrastructure and deployment businesses. NTTVC’s portfolio includes AI companies such as Anthropic, Neysa and nference.
