The investment marks a sharp jump in BusinessNext's valuation from $181 million in 2021, underscoring growing investor appetite for vertical AI applications in financial services.
The company plans to use the fresh capital to accelerate the development of its autonomous banking platform and expand the adoption of private AI across banks and financial institutions globally.
Founded in 2007, BusinessNext provides AI-led software solutions spanning customer relationship management (CRM), lending, collections and digital banking. The company serves over 70 banks and financial institutions across 30 countries, including clients such as the Reserve Bank of India, State Bank of India and HDFC Bank.
The funding also deepens BusinessNext's strategic partnership with ServiceNow. The two companies will jointly develop AI-powered banking solutions by combining BusinessNext's domain expertise in financial services with ServiceNow's enterprise workflow and AI capabilities.
