Dailoqa hires former Microsoft India BFSI country head Sonali Kulkarni as partner

Prior to Microsoft, Kulkarni spent over a decade at Accenture and has previously held senior positions at EY and GE Capital.

Compliance-focused technology firm Dailoqa has appointed Sonali Kulkarni as a partner, strengthening its leadership team as it scales its AI-powered Broccoli platform across domestic and global markets.

Kulkarni joins the company with more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, and financial services. 

Most recently, she served as Country Head for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) at Microsoft India and South Asia, where she was responsible for advancing AI adoption among financial institutions.

Prior to Microsoft, she spent over a decade at Accenture, eventually becoming Managing Director - Financial Services in India. Her career also includes senior positions at EY and GE Capital.

At Dailoqa, Kulkarni will collaborate with the company's founders and partner ecosystem to deepen enterprise customer engagement, strengthen business development initiatives, and support expansion plans in India and international markets.

Speaking on her new role, Kulkarni highlighted the growing importance of AI in financial services, noting that artificial intelligence is rapidly becoming the core infrastructure for innovation, operational efficiency, and real-time compliance.

Dailoqa operates as an AI-native consulting and compliance solutions company focused on the financial sector. Its flagship product, Broccoli, offers secure, enterprise-ready AI workflows tailored for banking, insurance, and wealth management organizations.
