Agentic AI startup Desible.ai has raised Rs 32 crore in a new funding round led by Prime Venture Partners.

The funding round also saw participation from existing investor Invention Engine.

The Bengaluru-based company will use the fresh capital to expand its agentic AI capabilities, strengthen its compliance infrastructure and accelerate product development for the BFSI sector.

Founded in 2025 by Uttam Tiwari and Omkar Raikar, Desible.ai provides agentic AI solutions for banks, NBFCs and insurers, automating customer engagement and compliance workflows. The startup works with over 40 BFSI institutions and handles more than 1 crore customer engagements monthly.

Tiwari, who leads investor relations and growth, has over 12 years of experience in enterprise sales and startup leadership and has previously co-founded and exited an edtech startup. Raikar, who leads technology and product, has over 12 years of experience in machine learning, statistical modeling and enterprise software, with previous experience at CRISIL and Edelweiss.

Desible.ai offers rule-based, auditable AI workflows for BFSI use cases such as collections, claims, onboarding, servicing and cross-selling.

 Funding for Indian agentic AI startups had nearly doubled to $144 million in 2025 from $75 million in 2024, according to Venture Intelligence data.
