AI-powered contact centre startup Dialflo has raised Rs 1.7 crore in its seed funding round led by AJVC.
The funding round also saw participation from angel investors Afsar Ahmad, Jani Pasha, and Arpit Dave.
The Bengaluru-based startup will use the fresh capital to expand its engineering and AI teams, strengthen its attribution engine, and accelerate customer acquisition. Dialflo also plans to deepen its presence in India and the Middle East while onboarding more enterprise customers.
Founded in 2024 by IIT Kharagpur alumnus Abhishek Singh, Dialflo is an AI-first contact centre platform that combines human and AI agents to help enterprises improve customer experience and measure ROI. The startup serves over 10 clients, including Tata Digital, Intugine, and Careernet.
Commenting on the funding, founder Abhishek Singh said the company’s vision is to make AI work in real-world enterprise environments. He added that Dialflo is focused on helping customer experience leaders measure and demonstrate AI-driven ROI through its hybrid human-plus-agentic platform.
