The Udaipur-based startup will use the fresh capital to accelerate product development and enhance its AI capabilities, among others.

Edysor.ai, a voice AI platform that deploys intelligent agents for enterprise lead conversion, has raised Rs 1.2 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by angel investor Jasmine Sarupria.

The Udaipur-based startup will use the fresh capital to accelerate product development, enhance its AI capabilities, expand its customer base, grow its team, and scale operations.

Edysor.ai was co-founded in January 2020 by Atishaya Jain, Abhinav Jain, Gunjan Pancholi, and Fivos Radis. Jain, an IIT Bombay graduate with an MBA from IIM Calcutta, has previously worked with BCG, Sprinklr, and Flexport, while Pancholi heads operations at the startup.

Originally a lead-management venture, the company pivoted fully to AI in 2024 and now builds voice AI agents that engage, qualify, and convert leads through automated conversations, calling prospects within seconds of an inquiry and guiding them through the sales funnel without human involvement. It follows an outcome-based pricing model, charging clients for results rather than time spent.

Edysor.ai says it has onboarded 15 enterprise customers in two months, adding two to three clients weekly, with voice-minute consumption up 300% month-on-month and some clients reporting 15-20x ROI from AI-led lead qualification.

Voice AI startups in India have attracted significant funding in the past year inclucing Ringg, Bolna, Arrowhead and GreyLabs.
