AI-native patient safety platform Graph AI has raised $13.3 million in a Series A funding round led by Insight Partners
The funding round also saw participation from existing investor Bessemer Venture Partners.
The Pleasanton, California-based startup will use the fresh capital to accelerate its expansion across the US and Europe, strengthen its product offerings, and scale adoption of its AI-powered pharmacovigilance and patient safety platform among pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
Founded in 2024 by Raghav Parvataraju, Graph AI develops Graph Safety, an AI-powered platform that automates patient safety and pharmacovigilance workflows for pharmaceutical companies. The platform helps process adverse-event reports, manage safety data, and improve compliance, reducing case-processing time from over three hours to less than ten minutes.
Commenting on the investment, Richard Matus, principal at Insight Partners, said that pharmaceutical companies face growing challenges in integrating fragmented safety tools and services, creating a strong opportunity for AI-driven solutions.
Prior to this funding round, Graph AI had raised a seed funding round in October 2025, led by Bessemer Venture Partners.
