The funding round also saw participation from Razorpay and Wyser Capital.
The Bengaluru-based startup will use the fresh capital to strengthen its product capabilities, expand its go-to-market operations, and accelerate adoption among consumer brands across India.
Founded in 2025 by Sankalp Mehrotra, Anurag Singh, and Sharad Chitlangia, Kily develops AI agents that help brands and sellers manage operations across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. Its platform combines marketplace data with a brand’s business objectives and operational requirements to automate workflows and decision-making.
The company said that its AI agents are designed to reduce reliance on spreadsheets, dashboards, and manual processes by automating commerce management and operational decisions for brands.
