Reliance-backed Netradyne buys European fleet firm Moove

06 May 2026, 12:05 PM

Moove's former CEO Jeroen Bruinooge will stay on as SVP and GM for Europe.

AI fleet safety startup Netradyne has acquired European connected mobility company Moove.

The deal will see Moove rebranded as Netradyne Europe, serving as the company's regional base for sales and customer operations, a statement said.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Moove's former CEO Jeroen Bruinooge will stay on as SVP and GM for Europe.

Together, the two companies will offer an AI-powered platform focused on fleet safety and driver performance for enterprise clients across North America, Europe, and Asia.

“Europe is a critical pillar of our global strategy,” said Avneesh Agrawal, CEO and co‑founder of Netradyne. “This acquisition reflects a clear commitment to building long‑term presence, leadership, and trust in the region. By bringing together Moove’s local expertise and relationships with Netradyne’s AI platform, we are uniquely positioned to support European fleets at scale while staying deeply anchored in the region," added Agrawal.

Netradyne, backed by Reliance Industries and SoftBank, crossed the $1.3 billion valuation mark after raising $90 million in a Series D round in 2025, joining the unicorn club. The company has raised over $260 million in total since its founding in 2015.
