Voice AI startup Ringg AI has raised $10 million in an extended Series A funding round led by Peak XV Partners.

The funding round also saw participation from existing investors Arkam Ventures and Capital 2B. Ringg had earlier secured $5.5 million in a Series A funding round led by Arkam Ventures in January this year.

The startup plans to deploy the fresh capital to enhance its AI platform, expand its voice, WhatsApp and browser-based agents, strengthen its proprietary AI models and context graph, and accelerate enterprise growth across India and international markets.

Founded in 2021 by Siddharth Tripathi, Utkarsh Shukla, and Kali Charan Vemuru, Ringg AI develops AI-powered voice agents for enterprises. The company initially operated as a text-to-speech startup under the name DesiVocal before pivoting to enterprise voice AI.

Its platform helps businesses automate customer interactions across functions such as lead qualification, outbound calling, loan collections, appointment scheduling, onboarding and customer support.
