Sherlocks AI, an AI-native incident management and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) platform, has raised Rs 7.5 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by SenseAI Ventures.

The funding round also saw participation from Uppekkha.

The fresh capital will be used to strengthen its product and expand go-to-market efforts in North America.

Founded in 2025 by Gaurav Toshniwal and Akshat Jain, Sherlocks AI is an AI-native incident management startup that develops software helping enterprises investigate and manage production incidents across cloud-native and microservices-based systems. Its platform uses AI agents to analyze incidents across databases, Kubernetes environments, networks, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.

The platform integrates with more than 30 enterprise tools across cloud, observability, database, and infrastructure environments, and is SOC 2 Type 2 certified. The startup serves enterprise and mid-market customers including Fynd, Lokal and TradeIndia.

Prior to founding Sherlocks AI, Toshniwal co-founded Aasaanjobs, which was acquired by OLX, and later served as CTO at Doubtnut. Jain previously led search and machine learning functions at Doubtnut.
