TraqCheck, an AI-powered HR technology startup, has raised $8 million in a Series A funding round led by IvyCap Ventures.

The round also saw participation from IIFL.

The Bengaluru-based startup will use the fresh capital to expand its footprint in Europe, strengthen its AI agent product suite, and scale go-to-market efforts targeting enterprise customers.

TraqCheck was founded by Armaan Mehta and Jaibir Nihal Singh. The company builds AI agents designed to automate end-to-end hiring workflows from talent sourcing and candidate screening to background verification.

Its flagship products include Trace, an automated background verification agent, and Nina, a conversational sourcing agent that identifies and qualifies candidates. The platform currently claims close to 300 enterprise customers across India and Europe.

In September 2024, TraqCheck had raised a funding round from angel investors including Peyush Bansal, co-founder and CEO of Lenskart, and Alok Oberoi, a seasoned tech entrepreneur and investor.
