AI-native semiconductor verification startup VerifAIX has raised $5 million in a seed funding round co-led by Endiya Partners and Bluehill VC.

The fresh capital will be used for product development, customer deployments, and expanding its engineering teams across the US, India, and Israel.

The startup, which was founded in 2024 by Madhulima Tewari, Kenneth Roe, and Avner Landver, develops an AI-powered semiconductor verification platform that helps chipmakers and engineering teams verify complex chip designs more efficiently.

VerifAIX combines AI with formal methods to create a verification layer that connects design specifications, RTL and verification assets, enabling traceable verification from design intent through to closure.

The funding reflects growing investor interest in semiconductor startups. Recent deals include BigEndian Semiconductors’ $6 million round and HrdWyr’s $13 million Series A.
