Global investment firm Alpha Wave Ventures has fully exited MSME-focused lender Aye Finance after selling its remaining 7.78% stake in the lender for around Rs 323 crore through open market transactions.

According to BSE data, Alpha Wave India I LP sold 1.92 crore shares in two equal tranches of 95.94 lakh shares each at average prices of Rs 168.19 and Rs 168.02 apiece. The transactions fetched the investor around Rs 322.6 crore and marked its complete exit from Aye Finance.

The shares were picked up by a clutch of institutional investors, including Integrated Core Strategies (Asia), Singularity Large Value Fund III and F3 Advisors. Integrated Core Strategies bought 23.8 lakh shares, while Singularity picked up nearly 14.9 lakh shares.

Alpha Wave had already pared its stake during Aye Finance’s initial public offering (IPO) earlier this year. The investor held an 11.2% stake when the lender listed in February 2026 and sold part of its holding through the public issue.

The Aye Finance exit comes as Alpha Wave has been actively monetising some of its Indian portfolio. The investor recently sold a sizeable stake in logistics company Delhivery and has also been reported to be looking to pare its holding in eyewear company Lenskart.

Aye Finance made a muted stock market debut in February 2026, after its IPO was subscribed just 97% at the end of the bidding.
