BlueStone investors Accel, 360 ONE sell shares worth over Rs 500 crore
Several domestic and global institutional investors including Mirae Asset Mutual Fund and SBI Life Insurance bought the shares.

Accel and 360 ONE have trimmed their holdings in jewellery retailer BlueStone by selling a combined 4.07% stake through separate block deals valued at around Rs 513 crore.
According to bulk deal data from the BSE, Accel India III (Mauritius) sold 28 lakh shares, equivalent to a 1.84% stake, while funds managed by 360 ONE offloaded nearly 33.98 lakh shares, representing 2.23% of the company. The transactions were executed at Rs 827.60 per share.
Several domestic and global institutional investors picked up the shares. Mirae Asset Mutual Fund acquired about 20.8 lakh shares, while Nippon India Mutual Fund, SBI Life Insurance and Bajaj Life Insurance bought around 9.5 lakh shares each.
Other participants included Bandhan Mutual Fund, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup Global Markets Singapore and Kuwait Investment Authority.
Following the sale, Accel’s stake in BlueStone fell to 8.71% from 10.55%. SBI Life increased its holding to 5.02% from 4.4% after purchasing shares worth roughly Rs 79 crore.
This marks the second exit by Accel and 360 ONE from BlueStone in 2026. In June, the two investors, along with IvyCap Ventures, had sold shares worth about Rs 243 crore through open-market transactions.
BlueStone, which was listed on the stock exchanges in August 2025, reported its third straight profitable quarter in Q1 FY27, posting a net profit of Rs 5.96 crore compared with a loss of Rs 34.74 crore a year earlier. Total income for the quarter grew 49% year-on-year to Rs 751.8 crore.
