

Easebuzz revenue more than doubles to Rs 656 crore in FY25

Digital payments company Easebuzz, which is backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, saw its revenue from operations more than double to Rs 656 crore in the fiscal ended March 31, 2025 from Rs 289 crore in the previous fiscal.
Easebuzz earned a major portion of its revenue from operations from transaction fees, the Entrackr reported citing the company's filings with the Registrar of Companies (RoC).
The company's net profit jumped to Rs 18.77 crore in FY25 from Rs 37.7 lakh in the previous financial year.
Total expenses of the company increased 119% to Rs 634.3 crore in FY25 from Rs 289.4 crore in FY24. Of the total expenses, employee benefit cost rose 34% to Rs 51.94 crore.
Earlier in April, Easebuzz raised $30 million in a Series A funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners. The funding round consisted of a mix of primary and secondary components. The round also saw participation from existing investors 8i Ventures and Varanium Capital.
Earlier in February, the company got the Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) approval to operate as online payment aggregator.
