Fisdom co-founders Subramanya S.V. and Anand Dalmia are set to leave Groww nearly a year after the fintech major completed its acquisition of the wealth management platform.
Their exit comes after overseeing the integration of Fisdom into Groww’s operations following the deal's closure.
Groww had acquired Fisdom in an all-cash transaction valued at around $150 million in October 2025, marking one of the largest consolidation moves in India’s wealthtech space.
The acquisition added more than Rs 10,000 crore in assets under management, a network of over 150 wealth advisers, research and advisory capabilities, banking partnerships, and regulatory licences across portfolio management services (PMS) and alternative investment funds (AIFs).
Since the acquisition, Fisdom’s research and advisory functions have been integrated into MF Prime, Groww’s AI-powered mutual fund recommendation platform.
Groww said the integration has helped strengthen its research-led wealth management offerings and create additional revenue opportunities.
Founded in 2015, Fisdom offered investment products across mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and portfolio management services before becoming part of Groww.
Groww, which listed on the stock exchanges last year, reported a 94.4% year-on-year rise in net profit to Rs 735 crore for Q1 FY27, while revenue from operations climbed 66% to Rs 1,501 crore.
