Go Digit Insurance's total income rose 10.7% to Rs 2,408.37 crore in the July-September quarter from Rs 2,175.49 crore in the same period last year.
Net profit jumped 31% to Rs 116.51 crore in the three months ended September 30, 2025 from Rs 89.47 crore in the same quarter last year, the company's filings to the stock exchange disclosed.
Gross written premium of the company rose 12.6% to Rs 2,667 crore during the quarter from Rs 2,369 crore in the similar period in 2024.
Its total expenses increased 9.28% to Rs 2334.37 crore in the September quarter from Rs 2136.05 crore in the same period last year.
Employee costs ticked up to Rs 91.5 crore during the quarter from Rs 90.48 crore in the same period previous year.
As of September 30, 2025, the company's assets under management (AUM) stood at Rs 21,345 crore, compared to Rs 18,502 crore as at September 30, 2024, marking a growth of 15.4%.
The company's solvency ratio was at 2.26x as at September 30, 2025 against 2.24x as at March 31, 2025, which is higher than the minimum regulatory requirement of 1.50x.
