InCred Financial Services recorded a 36% jump in revenue from operations to Rs 2,546 crore in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, from Rs 1,872 crore in FY25.
The company’s net profit increased 17% to Rs 438 crore in FY26 from Rs 374 crore in the previous fiscal, according to its consolidated financial statement.

Total expenses of InCred Finance grew 43% to Rs 1,970 crore during FY26 as compared to Rs 1,381 crore in FY25, driven by higher finance costs, employee expenses, and loan impairment charges.
Employee benefit expenses increased 23% to Rs 416 crore in FY26 from Rs 338 crore in the previous financial year.
Founded by Bhupinder Singh in 2017, InCred Finance operates as a diversified retail-focused NBFC offering personal loans, student loans, secured business loans, MSME financing, and loans to financial institutions.
In May, InCred Holdings, the parent entity of InCred Finance, filed an updated draft red herring prospectus (UDRHP) with SEBI for its proposed IPO.
The issue comprises a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 1,250 crore and an offer for sale of up to 9.90 crore equity shares by existing investors including KKR, MNI Ventures, Mohandas Pai Family, Moore Strategic, and V'Ocean Investments.
